Our first company offsite picnic was with… Meta Facebook! 💙
We were so excited when we got an inquiry to host a company offsite for some Meta TPMs! We set up a 20 person picnic, balloon hoop garland, a lace picnic tent lounge area, and provided some lawn games and polaroids for the guests to enjoy! It was amazing to see everyone enjoying their company offsite picnic. The location was at Shoreline Lake and the staff were so kind to help us carry the tables to and from our car as well.

Baby Shower Picnic 🍼 🧺
A couple weekends ago we had our largest picnic yet! We got a DM in December about a 20 person baby shower picnic and were so excited! Our guest gave us her color palette and trusted us to design the baby shower picnic and balloons to however we thought would be pretty! It was such a pleasure setting up for this event. We loved meeting everyone! We’re also really loving the light boho nudes with the pops of blush pink! 💛😌

30 dozen roses proposal! 🌹💍
We’ve been planning this special proposal with our guest since December! 🥰 He sent us an inspo reel of another proposal and this is how our set up came out 🥂✨ This set up features our 3 feet Marry Me Marquee Letters, 30 dozen roses, 48 cylinder vases, candles, and 6 DIY acrylic stands. We love how it all came out and the romantic classic look ❤️💍
Our guest was prepared with all the details: vision, place, date, and time! He was ready! 😊 However the morning of the proposal we were all bummed since there was a forecast of a thunderstorm and heavy rain. However we quickly came up with a back up location for a worst case scenario and communicated with the photographer and guest throughout the day. We stuck it out on the beach setting up in the rain and the sun perfectly came up just in time for the couple to arrive. We were so happy to have been able to make our guest’s desired proposal happen. It was truly a team effort 🥰

Sunset Beach Picnic Proposal! 💍
When we walked up to Carmel beach, we were so shocked that the beach was now a steep drop down! The beach had been washed away from the storm 🌊 We then found this beautiful ledge with just enough sand for the proposal and it was perfect ✨😍 Our guest really liked our last Carmel Beach picnic proposal set up we did and he wanted to add a white rose aisle and our Marry Me marquee letters. We love when guests give us direction and we’re able to get creative to bring their vision to life 💛😌
Biggest congratulations to the couple! They were such a delight and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful sunset for their proposal! It was also so fun to help pose and take photos for them! Thank you so much for having us be part of your love story! 🥰
A Pastel First Birthday 💕🎂🌈
We adore this Pastel Rainbow Balloon Set Up! 🌈💕 We have always adored pastels so when we got an inquiry on yelp asking for pastel decor for her daughter’s first birthday we were so excited!
The balloon backdrop was orginally supposed to be in the backyard but because of the storm, we did it indoors. We all loved how it looked in the living room! The baby was mesmerized by them too haha so cute!This set up was trickier to put together than previous balloon backdrops but love how it turned out 💛
New Year’s Eve Proposal in a Hotel Lobby!
Proposal set up in a hotel lobby ❤️😍 With the hustle and bustle of guests checking in and the excitement of New Years Eve that day totally felt like a movie!! 🤩 The hotel staff at Hotel Spero SF were so friendly and accommodating. They let us unload and park our car right at the main door and gave our couple and us celebratory champagne! Setting up a proposal in a hotel lobby has been one of our that’d be cool to do goals 😎 and with the rainstorm changes, setting up in the gorgeous hotel lobby was all meant to be to close out the year 🥰
A Christmas Themed Proposal 🎄🎁🥰
It’s the most wonderful time of the yearrrr 🥰 We were so excited when our guest reached out to plan a Christmas holiday themed luxury picnic proposal😍 Our guest reached out for a luxury picnic proposal set up that was special and different. Together, we created this Christmas Luxury Picnic Proposal! We even added a Christmas Tree! 🎄 This holiday picnic is so cute and intimate ❤️ It’s giving kdrama vibes. Feeling Christmas love all around 🥰

30th Birthday Party!
We were so excited when we got the invite to decorate our guest’s 30th poppin birthday party!! 🥳🎂 She liked our Fall Blush theme from our night market booth and wanted something similar for her birthday decor. 🍂💕 From picnic tables to party tables ☺️ Along with the birthday balloon backdrop, we decorated the party tables as well! It was so fun to create this fall blush table setting look with all the decor! We also did a DIY project and made the “30” Marquee Numbers out of foam boards! We’re really happy with how the look came out. What do you think? 💛
Our first Elopement and Wedding Ceremony set up!
BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO THE NEWLYWEDS! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for having us decorate your enchanted forest wedding elopement! ✨ This elopement took place at Wagner Grove in the Santa Cruz mountains! Our guests wanted a minimalistic set up for their elopement and gave us free reign to put it together! This elopement and wedding ceremony set up is featuring our Wooden Wedding Arch decorated with a drape and blue faux rose garlands, blue faux rose stems and faux candle lit aisle, and welcome/cocktail tables!It was such an intimate and beautiful ceremony to be apart of! To more elopement and weddings in the future!
Baker Beach Proposal!
Is this what love looks like? 🌹 It’s like a scene from a San Francisco rom com! This beach proposal is featuring our 3 feet MARRY ME Marquee letters with over 100 red roses and LED candles. This SF beach proposal was so beautiful, we got emotional watching them walk up to the set up as they looked at each other and realized what was happening, thank you so much for having us be apart of your love story! San Jose Fall Night Market
We did our second market over the weekend! Perfect way to kick off October! We wanted to showcase a Fall Blush Luxury Picnic and Balloon Garland theme and we were so happy with how it turned out~ It was so much fun to be out there and connecting with our San Jose community at our childhood Oakridge mall! It was also really nice to see people continue to show their interest in our work and taking photos with our luxury picnic and balloon hoop set up! Our first beach proposal!
It was the perfect sunset for a beach proposal! We met our guests at the night market booth that we did and they were so lovely! We were so excited to get a message from Roy asking about setting up a proposal. It even started to sprinkle as they celebrated their engagement which made the moment even more special and romantic! After we learned that his girlfriend saw our picnic set up and hinted to him about a picnic proposal. So cute! Congratulations to the beautiful couple Roycio!
